We are not Alone....We are All Connected to One Another

The fact that we exist within our physical bodies can cause us to feel separate, and sometimes even alone. The Truth is we are all connected on an energetic level. How many times have we thought about someone we haven't seen for awhile, and all of a sudden they show up or call? If we open our eyes, and our hearts, most often everything we need is right there in front of us. Even the things that we may find unpleasant are there to teach us something we need to know at that particular moment.

As we move through life it is important to tap in to the collective energy or consciousness around us. Our thoughts and feelings are incredibly powerful, and can effect all that we come into contact with. This is most empowering because when we come from a place of love, joy, gratitude and peace, we truly create that within ourselves and without.
